WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
In the event that a Consumer cancels the Contract within the Cancellation Period, Code Members must refund any money to the Consumer within 14 days
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS/GRANTS?

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We only charge you for the survey once we have confirmed a suitable date and time for yourself. The payment will be due upon confirmation of this date and time.
